- Complete the form below.
- You may need to enter a different dollar amount based on the Dues chart below the form.
- Clicking on Pay will take you to PayPal where you can pay using your PayPal account or with a debit/credit card if you do not have an account.
If you DO NOT have a PAYPAL account
- Follow the steps above but when presented with the blue PayPal Log In button look below it for a button that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and click on that.
- Fill out the form presented by PayPal.
- Do NOT click on "Create Account & Pay Now". Click on "Pay now as guest" instead.
- Send the same information below to us at email@example.com and request an invoice. We will send a link to a PayPal invoice that does not require a PayPal account. You pay as you would an online order.
JOIN or RENEW via MAIL with CHECK
- Right-click on this Membership Application link and click on Save As to save a PDF version of our form on your computer OR click on link to open the PDF in another window then use the down arrow to save on your computer.
- Print the form, complete and mail with check to address on form.
The membership year runs from June 1 to May 31.
