1. Follow the steps above but when presented with the blue PayPal Log In button look below it for a button that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and click on that.

3. Do NOT click on "Create Account & Pay Now". Click on "Pay now as guest" instead.

• Send the same information below to us at membership@mhpcg.org and request an invoice. We will send a link to a PayPal invoice that does not require a PayPal account. You pay as you would an online order.

2. Print the form, complete and mail with check to address on form.

The membership year runs from June 1 to May 31.
